Night at the museum
“Night at the Museum” is an annual event dedicated to International Museum Day, in which many cultural institutions participate in order to increase the interest of a wide audience, especially young people, in museums.
The first Night at the Museum took place in 1997 in Berlin. The neighboring countries liked the idea, and the following year, museums in many European countries organized an open night. Currently, the cultural event is taking place in more than 150 countries around the world.
